There is a saying in Dubrovnik, "Every new language that you learn is like you've finished another university,” Well, something along those lines. Now you are lucky and unlucky. Why? Well, you are in the most beautiful city in the world, but on the flip side Croatian is one of the toughest language to get to grips with.
So we are going to start you off right at the very beginning, with five words. We aren’t expecting you to hold long conversations, but a few words here and there can make a big difference.
This is the first in our YouTube series and we will publish a new one every week (in 4K). You can jump in where you like and look back at older ones to start from step one.
