Savills Plc’s research, which analyzes 25 prime residential markets, highlights Dubrovnik’s increasing popularity as a prime location for long-term remote work. "People want the best of both worlds — a seaside lifestyle with the city amenities,” noted Kelcie Sellers, a world research associate at Savills. "Most of the top 10 locations fit this description, and the demand for such destinations has grown in recent years.”
Dubrovnik has taken steps to further accommodate hybrid workers by opening its first dedicated co-working space for digital nomads and remote professionals at the TUP facility.
